Purpose of the Forum

This forum explores the emotional and functional impact of packaging and how it builds trust and confidence in both medical and consumer product contexts. Our goal is to help attendees see packaging not as an afterthought, but as a strategic tool that connects brands to users, and products to people, at a deeper level.

This forum appeals to those in the medical device and consumer product sectors including:

·      Brand leaders
·      Manufacturers both contract and corporate
·      Regulatory and compliance professionals
·      ID/UX professionals
·      Engineers and product managers

The Three Unique Panelists Represent:

Medical Device Packaging
Providing insight into sterility, compliance, and usability that ensure we ground the conversation in safety and regulation, especially in clinical and at-home health contexts. The intent is to help the audience understand what trust looks like in a regulated environment and how great packaging can reduce error, stress, and cost.

Consumer Product Packaging
Providing expertise in consumer packaging design, branded experience, and material presentation, while demonstrating how lessons from consumer products increasingly influence medical device packaging. The intent is to help the audience understand how clarity, emotional response, intuitive interaction, premium perception, and user confidence developed in consumer markets are now shaping expectations for medical device packaging, particularly in at-home healthcare and patient-facing products.

Architect of Packaging Strategy / Program Leadership – Luke Vitas, Stephen Gould
Providing insight into how packaging organizations bring together design, sourcing, manufacturing, compliance, and execution resources to meet the strategic needs of clients across medical device and consumer product industries. The discussion will focus on how confidence is built through strong program leadership, alignment of cross-functional expertise, and reliable delivery against business and user expectations. The intent is to demonstrate how packaging serves as both a technical solution and a strategic business tool that strengthens trust between companies and their customers.

Forum Format
Moderator-led panel with select questions predetermined by the panel and moderator. The objective is to put together an engaging Forum driven by the special skills of each panelist. The Forum is designed to be an interactive, conversational flow without presentations. The questions and answers will be predetermined by the moderator and panelists.
