Ilsa Webeck is the Founder and Managing Director of MedTech Strategies, a strategic research and marketing firm focused on innovative medical technologies. Client results include refined product design, advanced strategic planning and identification of new venture funding sources. Three key focus areas are: Corporate & Product Strategy, Strategic Market Research and Marketing Management. In her 20+ years of experience she has led process and product development in a wide range of therapies, product areas and company types, including DePuy Spine, a Johnson & Johnson Company, and Biogen. Ilsa helps companies build fact-based product and strategic plans that create value and advance organizational thinking. Ilsa holds a BA in Biology (Dartmouth College), an MBA (Tuck School of Business), and is an invited lecturer for the Boston Biomedical Innovation Center.
