May 3 @ 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm EDT

Free

Abstract

Many people write goals in January, but according to Forbes Magazine, only 8% of the US population actually achieve their goals at the end of the year. I want you to be in the 8%. During this session, you will learn the formula for writing and achieving your most specific goals.
.
Through this process, you will learn more about yourself, how to identify those areas where you need to improve and understand the criteria you should be using to assess your goals. I will also share how I use the coaching process to support goal development and accountability. There is a process and, if you do it right, you can be successful and very fulfilling.
.
It is imperative that you understand your values and make good quality goals. Both are essential in being successful. Goal setting can be used daily and mastering it will make you a better executive and a better person. By the end of this session, you will have an action plan to reach your most important goal in 2023.
