Working with Yale scientists, physicians, engineers and a highly involved community of women, they developed the Zone, a smart temperature regulating wearable.

Dr. Shapiro is co-founder, co-inventor, and President of Floelle Inc, a medical device company developing a nonsurgical treatment for one billion incontinent women. Previously, he was a Senior medtech executive at Candela Laser, Optical Micro Systems, Spectrum Medical Technologies (now Cynosure), and Fem-Medical LLC (where he worked with incontinent women for 20 years).
